  We were very pleased with the experience we had with River Chimney and Hearth. From the initial call and the manner in which their service was explained to setting the appointment, communications prior to arrival, to the techs work. All issues, concerns and actions were thoroughly explained. And the clean up was excellent.

  This Company came early at my request even though they were very busy so I could continue doing remodel work on the house. We have a very old chimney that we have never used but wanted clean and they swept it out without getting any soot or dust in the house. The smoke chamber was inspected and found to have some stubborn creosote that could not be swept and they are coming back to remove it with a pcr treatment. The employees and owners of this company have shown themselves to be honest and diligent.
