Sam replaced our wood burning fireplace with a gas burning direct insert and a custom backer plate. Our experience with Sam was fantastic. Excellent communication and extremely easy to work with, willing to explain everything in detail, and did everything to meet our needs. Would highly recommend using Sam for any fireplace project.
Had a great experience with Project Chimney. The originally came out to install a new chimney cap, but while they were here I asked them about repairing my chimney to a usable state. They walked me through multiple options ranging from electrical to full repair. After giving me many brochures and pamphlets they patiently sat on the phone with me and talked through all the questions and concerns I had about the many choices. We eventually settled on a gas insert that was in my price range. Not only did they come back and install it in record time, but they tried their best to do it on a deadline for personal reasons. Overall was a wonderful experience and could not recommend enough.
Had a great experience working with Sam! He was able to get us scheduled quickly, and got everything taken care of with an inspection and a sweep. He helped me understand how to properly maintain my fireplace and chimney, which I appreciated! We will be calling them for our sweep next year!
I had an initial sweep and safety evaluation done. Sam came to my house and showed me pictures of the inside of my chimney and explained everything he did and any updates I might need in the future. He was on time, friendly, and informative. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a chimney expert!
We had project Chimney install a stove insert, and rehab our old chimney. They were amazing! Sam made the whole process seamless, and the end product could not have turned out better. They even custom made a molding to go around the stove when it didn't quite cover the firebox opening free of charge. I would definitely recommend them for any chimney work.
