We had our gas fireplace serviced and it was a great experience. Jonah was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly clean and inspect everything. The fireplace looks brand new and works perfectly now. Highly recommend for anyone needing gas fireplace maintenance or cleaning!
Ashbusters has been great to work with. From the get go they were professional, knowledgeable, and transparent (schedule and cost). Jonah came to our house and provided us with a detailed inspection. He was very friendly and knowledgeable giving us good advice on how we may want to proceed. Very happy with the work Ashbusters did. After the fireplaces in my 70-year-old house were inspected and "red-tagged," they helped me figure out the best remedy. I ended up going with gas logs upstairs and a stove insert in the basement. Anthony and Nick worked like dogs to get it done right and both jobs turned out beautifully. The guys were so polite and such hard workers! Communication with Ashbusters and the techs was very well managed, including follow-up questions. I recommend them without hesitation!
I called them because I thought I was smelling something. It turns out that the one time that I took the glass off I didn’t put it back on correctly. They came on time and really cleaned it up plus inspected the exterior of the house. It’s running a lot better now. It always made this clicking noise and took a while to light up but now it’s lighting up right away with no clicking I will continue to have them out yearly to keep it maintained. They also work very clean putting t drop clothes around the fireplace.
Bob and Will from Ashbusters came out to my house and thoroughly cleaned the blower in my wood stove. This was not an easy task as it required disassembly, compressed air, a vacuum cleaner and other tools to remove 15 years of dust, dirt and pet hair. They were knowledgeable, courteous and respectful and did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend Ashbusters Chimney Service and technicians Bob and Will.
