  Joe has been taking care of our chimney for years, and he continues to prove why we trust him so much. During this year’s cleaning, he noticed that our liner was damaged and needed to be replaced. Instead of rushing through it, he took a significant amount of time to walk us through everything, show us exactly what was wrong, and make sure we fully understood the situation.   Joe was nothing but professional about fixing our chimney. We needed a new liner for our furnace exhaust as well as a new flue for our fireplace. After consulting with several other companies we decided to use Pro-Tech. They offered a fair price for the work, Joe was honest about his approach and laid out all the possibilities as to the job. The day we scheduled to have the work done was cold and very windy. I was a little concerned that they would have to postpone due to safety. However Joe and Pat showed up right on time and completed the work without issue in less than 90 minutes. They worked cleanly and efficiently. I could not be happier with the result-- our living room is noticeably warmer (no more drafts from the chimney) and we are now able to use our fireplace. I would recommend Pro-Tech to anyone.

  Joe and his colleague were wonderful. We are first the homeowners and learning as we go along - he discovered that our new home's two chimneys were completely rotting and caved in.
