  After my regular chimney sweep retired, he suggested i contact Pinnacle Chimney Cleaning. i also checked with a few other chimney cleaning services in san jose to compare prices. even though they weren't the cheapest, i chose them because leo was super friendly and came across as really professional during our calls. i had to reschedule our first appointment, but leo was very understanding, gave me plenty of notice, and kept me updated the whole time. on the day of the cleaning, he called before arriving so i knew exactly when to expect him. he showed up right on time and got straight to work. leo made sure to keep my place clean by laying down mats and wearing shoe covers inside. he worked carefully and cleaned the chimney thoroughly, taking his time to make sure everything was done right. after finishing, leo explained what he did and even pointed out a part of the chimney that i should keep an eye on for future maintenance. he also shared some helpful tips about keeping the fireplace and chimney in good shape. overall, i really appreciated how careful and detailed leo was throughout the whole process. i would definitely recommend their chimney sweep service to anyone in san jose looking for quality work and great customer care.

  Pinnacle Chimney Cleaning called me the day before my chimney sweep appointment to confirm, and on the day of service, they let me know when to expect the team. Leo and Everett arrived right on time and were both very professional and courteous. They inspected my fireplace, cleaned the chimney, and also took care of the glass doors, making sure everything was spotless. Since they worked on my chimney and fireplace, I’ve noticed much better airflow in my home. Everything is working great and I feel ready to use my fireplace safely.   I’m so grateful I found Pinnacle Chimney Cleaning! After some heavy rain in San Jose, I noticed water leaking into our fireplace. They came out quickly to check things out, and Leo did all the needed repairs on both of our chimneys for a great price. He was friendly and very professional, made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving, and now our chimney is completely leak-free! A few months later, we also had the inside of our fireplace refreshed and closed off. Everett handled this part and did such a fantastic job—our fireplace looks amazing now! We were able to add a small electric fireplace insert, which has really improved how our living room looks and feels.
