  This local business is outstanding! Piedmont HVAC, Plumbing & Chimney was an absolute pleasure to work with. I used them for a wood stove installation and they did an excellent job. Kelli was very polite and prompt with scheduling. Bradford came out and gave me an estimate and explained the installation process. Casey contacted me the morning of installation to once again go over the installation and was patient, answering every question I had. I am very happy with the installation and enjoying nice warm heat! Give them a call! You won’t be disappointed.

  The 22-year-old vented gas logs in my home are open both to the great room and the sunporch. They looked better on the sunporch side instead of the great room, where most time is spent. Casey cleaned the logs, noted a few problems, and when I asked if the logs could be reversed, he took the time to make that happen. He is extremely knowledgeable and accommodated my request with ease. The flame in the fireplace was increased, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service, the friendliness, the personnel's knowledge, and the excellent results. Thank you, Piedmont!

  We installed a diy mini split system that we purchased from Amazon for our Habitat Rabbitry. It was difficult to find a company willing to test and start the system up. Piedmont was courteous and very helpful on the phone. Kelly got us an appointment the next day. They sent a picture of Billy the Technician before he arrived. Billy was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered any questions that we asked him. It took less than 2 hours. On top of the excellent service work the price was very reasonable. They gave us a price quote right over the phone without coming to the house and pressuring us like other companies do. Which makes us know that they are honest, have integrity and care about their customers. We highly recommend them to everyone that needs services and we plan on using them again. From all the breeder meat rabbits (Sugar, Cocoa, Peter, Cupcake, Speckles etc.) they say: “Thank You very much for giving us a comfortable rabbitry Billy, you’re the best”!

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This is my first time ever using Piedmont Chimney and HVAC and they went above and beyond. From my initial phone call asking for service to the completion of the project. Our gas logs needed service since they were not igniting. Kelly got us on the service schedule knowing bad weather may be coming in. Casey came out to service but after looking at our gas logs he gave us a few options. We went with replacing the logs since ours were over 20 years old. Casey came back out and installed our new gas logs. He was mannered, personable, and professional. Like I said, from our initial phone call to Casey leaving…excellent service. I’ll be a returning customer.
