  Perfect Pick Chimney Cleaning took out an old wood stove that wasn’t working anymore from my home. I requested that they sweep the chimney vent leading up to the roof first, so there wouldn’t be much soot or debris left behind. They handled every step quickly and did a thorough job. Duane and his team were very respectful of my home, laying out big drop cloths and using a shop vac to keep the dust under control while they took out the venting up to the ceiling. They also made sure to cap off the vent at both the top and bottom on the roof. The price for the service was fair, and I was very satisfied with the work done.

  I am extremely happy with the chimney sweep service I received! Last spring, my wife noticed a smoky smell in our living room after a rainstorm, so we decided to call a local chimney expert in Mesa to check out our well-used wood-burning fireplace. Ruben came out and did a thorough inspection. He explained how we could get our insurance to help with the repairs for the cracked chimney liner, which he found was caused by a previous chimney fire. Ruben did a fantastic job fixing the chimney, and his repairs have held up perfectly, even after using the fireplace all season long. I really appreciated that he went above and beyond—he even had a custom metal boot made to fit our chimney just right. Halfway through the repair, he reassessed everything and found a better solution that saved us money compared to his original estimate. While installing a new chimney cap, Ruben also took the time to check and reseal other pipes on the roof, even though it wasn't part of the main job. It's rare to find someone who truly cares about their work and customers. The whole experience was smooth and professional.
