We received excellent service from Levi. He was on time, clean, friendly and professional. This is my first time living in a home with a wood burning fireplace, and Levi took the time to teach me about proper fireplace use and safety. He walked me through the steps of using the fireplace, and referred me to a high quality local firewood supplier.
Great service. Becky manages the whole process over phone, text, and email for receipts and photos. Levi was great. He is exactly the type of serviceman to make a home call. Genuine, thorough, responsible demeanor. This is an honest company with straight up service and results.

This is my first time having a fireplace, and wanted to have it inspected before use. Couldn’t have had a better experience!! Becky was so helpful and very quick to respond! Justin was communicative, very knowledgeable, and gave me so many great pointers. Highly recommend!!
Justin called 30 minutes out to let me know he was on the way. Arrived punctually, was pleasant, didn't mind my 20 questions about chimney cleaning - provided explanations as to why and what. I'm curious so I wanted to watch the process. Justin made sure surfaces were covered and protected before he got started, and I was very impressed with his processes and the results. He also filled cracks and sealed the chimney top facia and installed the chimney cap. When asked how often I needed to have worked performed, based on the infrequency I use the fireplace, he said not for 3 or 4 years. But if I start using more often, they can re-evaluate as use increases. And, based on this service, I'll be calling them back for the air duct cleaning as well! Thank you AZ Chimney and Air Ducts!!!
