  if i could give Petty Brothers Chimneys 10 stars, i definitely would! working with their team was fantastic. everyone i spoke to was friendly, helpful, and knew a lot about chimneys. they really paid attention to the details, and made sure the whole work area was spotless when they finished. from start to finish, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. it was easy to set up an appointment, and they arrived on time and stayed until everything was done. the price was fair and the quality of the chimney cleaning and inspection was top-notch. i highly recommend them for any chimney or fireplace services you need.

  absolutely amazing. caleb and wesley showed up right on time, and were super friendly, honest, and eager to help with all my chimney sweep needs. they did a fantastic job and were such good people. after their detailed inspection of my chimney inside and out, they took time to explain everything clearly. they let me know what repairs were important for safety and which ones could wait a bit. they really know their stuff and are true pros when it comes to anything inside your chimney system. for outside brick work, they recommended getting a mason, but they also work closely with masons to make sure everything is done right. it’s the best $80 you can spend for a chimney inspection, and they even apply that fee toward any extra work you choose to do with them. i will definitely call them again for any future chimney cleaning or repairs.

  Luke came out to check our chimney in Gilbert and did a great job. He spotted some creosote buildup and recommended a spray to help break it down. He also took care of our gas fireplace in the living room, making sure everything was working right. Since there weren’t any big issues with our wood burning fireplace, he didn’t charge us for the visit. We set up another appointment in six months to see how the creosote spray is working. The service was professional and honest—really glad we called Petty Brothers Chimneys!

  i couldn't be happier with my chimney sweep service today! caleb and luke were super friendly, professional, and showed up right on time. they did an outstanding job cleaning my chimney, and made sure to explain the best ways to safely use my fireplace here in gilbert, especially since it gets pretty warm in arizona most of the year. they really know their stuff and took the time to answer all my questions. i'll definitely tell my family and friends to use their chimney sweep services too.

  I had a great experience with this chimney sweep company. I called to schedule a cleaning and they were able to fit me in within a few days. Before the appointment, they even called to see if coming a bit earlier would work for me. When Jesse arrived, he was very professional and friendly. He did a thorough cleaning and inspection of my fireplace, and took extra care to protect my white carpet—there wasn’t a trace left behind after the job. After finishing up, Jesse showed me clear before and after photos of my chimney, and gave me helpful advice for keeping it in good shape in the future. I’ll definitely use their chimney sweep services again for maintenance or any repairs.
