  So far I have had 2 conversations with Parrish and both of them have left me so uneasy. Our new build has their cabinets and they truly are beautiful. We have been in the house less than a month, and one of our cabinet doors literally fell off the wall. The small anchor things that connect the door to the judge literally don’t fit…. I submit a warranty ticket and the lady on the phone who called to schedule was probably one of the rudest people I have truly ever met. She made us feel dumb, she was not helpful at all and she didn’t even tell us when they’re coming to the house. We are potentially getting more cabinets from them because we have such a specific color I want them to match. I really hope I can come back and replace this review with a better one

  Would never suggest them- only because my builder used them, we had to work with them. We had a small crack, the tiniest as seen in the photo. We were told Parrish came out to fix it, and it looked EXACTLY the same after the fix. I contacted them again and they said they will send someone in two weeks. Taking NO ownership of it not being fixed the first time. The second man came out and told me -" not sure why they sent me as I don't have the skills set to fix this." That was a huge waste of time and money lost for taking time off work to let them come fix it. Finally the 3rd attempt it was fixed, but I was left with this paint mark on my baseboards. I don't suggest them as the work is not quality by any means.

  They ultimately fixed the problem, so I’m giving them 2 stars overall. Devon was awesome, which is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1. When I first spoke with their staff, we determined that the issue was a faulty power cord. I specifically asked if a power cord would be sent with the technician, and I was told yes. Unfortunately, when the tech arrived, there was no power cord. When the technician called the office, neither the staff member nor the manager would speak with me to figure out a workable solution. I wasn’t upset at first. mistakes happen. but they tried to blame me for the issue and refused to work with me to resolve it. Devin was excellent. He helped me find a solution and ultimately got my fireplace working.

  I had a great experience with Parrish and co. One of my kitchen shelves snapped due to extra weight, so I reached out for help. I spoke with Patricia , who was extremely helpful and understanding. She explained that their company can provide plastic clips to fix the Shelf myself. She quickly arranged for me to collect them from their shop. Thanks to her help, I was able to fix the shelf myself without any hassle. Excellent customer service—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended!
