  Paragon did an awesome job on my chimney! I booked them to clean it, but they also pointed out some loose and crumbling bricks around the top that I honestly hadn’t even noticed. They explained everything that needed to be fixed in plain English and the repair work looks really solid. The crew showed up on time, actually a bit early, and worked quicker than I expected without cutting any corners. There was no mess left behind either, which I really appreciated since I’ve had other contractors leave soot everywhere. The price was fair, not the cheapest but defintely worth it for the quality. I feel a lot better going into winter knowing everything is clean and safe. I’d totally recomend Paragon to anyone needing chimney work.

  Sonny and Adam from Paragon came over to do our yearly roof maintenance check and honestly they were great. They were super friendly and explained everything in a way that made us feel comfortable and not worried at all. They took their time looking over the whole roof and it really felt like they cared about doing a good job instead of just rushing through it. The whole visit went smoothly and by the end of it we felt relieved knowing everything checked out and was in good shape. It was overall a really good experience and we are genuinely happy with the service. I would definitely recommend Paragon because they made something that usually stresses me out feel really easy.
