Pacific Fireside did an excellent job from start to finish. I was looking for a gas fireplace insert with logs, and Eli did a wonderful job explaining our options and the process. My gas fireplace had suddenly stopped working and I wasn't sure who to call. I sent out a request on Yelp, and not only was Pacific Fireside the first to respond, they were incredibly communicative, organized, and explained exactly what the diagnostic cost would be. As promised, they called me when they were on their way to let me know the exact time, and were able to fix the wiring issue on site and wound up charging me a lower rate than initially quoted. Our chimney was cracked and crumbling. I got a quote from another guy, which i felt was high. Eli, the owner came out and gave me a price that was 1/4 what the other guy was asking. It turns out the other guy was really trying to rip me off. Glad i did the work with pacific fireside. Eli is a pleasure to work with. Very hardworking and dependable.
