Pacific fireside met all of my expectations! They were extremely thorough, had a great level of communication and most importantly were honest! I had several different companies try to fix my fireplace and was told the issue was bigger than it was. Their expertise prevailed as they were able to repair my fireplace and at a fraction of the cost of what other companies quoted me! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Pacific Fireside did a great job from start to finish cleaning our chimney and installing our ceramic log kit. They also painted the firebox and it looks great. They came prepared and were easy to work with. We are enjoying our new fireplace!
These guys are the best. I've had Pacific do a few jobs for me and some ongoing maintenance. They are friendly, speedy and extremely knowledgeable about all things related to gas and fireplaces. Highly recommend them.
Pacific Fireside is the best there is!!! We would give them 6 stars if I could! They came and serviced our fireplace when we noticed it wasn’t lighting and ventilating properly. They were professional, knowledgeable and detailed with their assessment and service. Jeff, the owner, was amazing and provided A+++ customer service. Awesome company. Very organized and professional. They installed 2 fireplaces and cleaned all the ducts. Very neat, no mess. Jeff is a nice guy and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
