Adrian came on time for appointment. Was extremely approachable and pleasant when he arrived. Very willing to keep the house clean and used coverings for shoes and work area. Very informative and well knowledgeable of the equipment and the process, and got my stove back up and running and chimney cleaned.
Terrific service from our chimney technician Kameron. He very thorough, he took pictures and reviewed everything with us. We also needed a new chimney cap because ours was very rusted and we were beginning to smell the fireplace sometimes when we had a very bad rain storm. He was able to provide a quote and within 2 weeks we had a custom made chimney cap installed. No more worries!
