Northwest Fireplace did the yearly Service check up on my gas log fireplace today. Joe Sharp and his helper were awesome. They answered all of my questions and explained everything they checked and cleaned on the log insert. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
Our chimney was in dire need of repair. We hired them to get everything fixed and upgraded. I am so glad I did. They were very professional and explained any questions I had. The quality they offer is top notch. For fixing broken bricks, changing out the flashing, tuck pointing the entire chimney, and even installing the gas insert everything looks fantastic. They made sure everything was done right, on schedule and on budget. I would definitely recommend using this company for your fireplace or chimney needs.
It was a most welcome surprise finding this well-organized and efficient service for our gas fireplace. Getting service earlier had proved difficult and frustrating. Happily finding and scheduling with Northwest Fireplace was easy and the service very satisfactory. The technicians who came, especially Keenan, were knowledgeable and thorough. Joe and Andre came out to do a chimney sweep and inspection for me, and were very knowledgeable and friendly. They kept our house clean and seemed to work efficiently. The entire experience I had with NFC was excellent. After inspection, they provide a very detailed presentation of the goods and the bads, and educated me on some things that need to be addressed. Very satisfied with their customer service and communication!
Northwest fireplace and Chimney serviced our fireplace this season. It wasn’t working properly so The technician, Joe and his assistant (sorry, I forgot his name) did an excellent job bringing it back to its original life. They were diligent and very respectful of our home. Floor blankets were used and Joe was very informative as to what they were doing all through the process. There were no surprises as to what was charged once the job was done. I would highly recommend this company for all your fireplace needs.
