  Northland Roofing is the BEST!!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. From the initial planning through final cleanup, they were professional, organized, efficient, and incredibly thorough. The crews showed up on time, worked hard, and clearly took pride in their craftsmanship. The quality of their roofing and gutter installation is excellent, and the attention to detail really shows. Just as important, they kept the job site clean and were so friendly. Communication was clear and consistent and questions were answered promptly.   I loved working with Juan and his team! Juan was so easy to communicate with and always available to answer any questions we had. They built us a beautiful Trex deck, and I was truly impressed by how hard they worked—even through 90-degree days! Throughout the project, they consistently checked in to make sure we were happy with how things were going. I highly recommend them and already plan to use them again for some crown molding we want done in our house. In fact, we referred them to a friend, and they’re now working on their deck too—they’re just as pleased as we are. Thank you so much to Juan, Luis, and the rest of the crew. You guys are amazing!

  Hired Northland to replace a skylight. They came out and took measurements and listened to what we wanted. Came back the next day with quotes on different options (we went with the Velux fixed). Install crew was quick and they kept the workplace very clean. Overall very happy with Northland amd would highly recommend

  Northland LLC came recommended by business contacts and we needed our roof and interior crawl space redone due to age and storm damage. The project took a reasonable amount of time, even with some material delays. The team was very open to communication in general but also with small areas where there were a few things we weren't happy with initially, they were quick to change/fix them. They also did a good job cleaning up the debris afterward both outside and inside the house. A significant bonus was their knowledge and help navigating the insurance claim. They were able to secure and cover a significant portion of the work, which was a huge relief. Thanks.
