We had two projects done: replacing the cracked concrete in the firebox and replacing the chase cover and storm shield cap. Overall it was a great experience. Timing and communication: They were upfront about timing from the start and explained that parts would take about three weeks to come in before the work could be scheduled. Since we paid our deposit in early November during a busy time of year, I was a little nervous about delays. Even with some email tag, it always felt like they were trying to make it work for us. Once the parts arrived, they got everything scheduled and completed within two weeks, and before Christmas, which we really appreciated. Quality of work: These guys clearly know what they are doing. They showed up on time, kept the work area clean, and knocked everything out in about three hours. The before and after difference is night and day, and the work looks great. Trust and transparency: They explained why the repairs were needed and walked us through the work, which made us feel confident in the safety of our fireplace. Pricing was clear from the beginning, and the final cost matched the estimate with no surprises. They also took time to answer our questions at the end. We feel completely safe using our fireplace now. Service: Patrick and Brendan were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. This was our first time using them this fall and winter, and we plan to keep using them for annual chimney sweeps and inspections. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing fireplace or chimney work.
