Lucas and Clarence handled the job, and they really knew what they were doing. They made sure to answer all our questions before leaving and took the time to walk us through how to use our new fireplace. Everything is working great, and we’re happy with how it turned out! When we had our chimney inspected and the vents cleaned, we were very impressed by the level of service. Clarence and Kai arrived at the start of the appointment window, and were friendly, respectful, and professional the whole time. They explained the process clearly, answered every question we had, and didn’t leave until we felt comfortable with everything.   kai and lucas were very professional and took time to answer all my questions about my fireplace and chimney. kai could have charged me extra to use a camera for a deep inspection, but after cleaning, he explained there was no need since he could already tell repairs were needed. it was great to see such honesty, especially when you don't know a lot about chimneys. i'll definitely call them again for any repairs and highly recommend their chimney sweep services to anyone needing their fireplace cleaned. real honest and friendly folks.

  We had a fantastic experience with our chimney sweep service in Austin.   New Country Chimney Cleaners visited my parents’ house in Austin to check out their chimney and fix the cap since their usual chimney sweep couldn’t make it. Lucas arrived right on time, was very professional, and explained everything clearly. Instead of pushing for a new chimney cap, he repaired the existing one, saving my parents money. He also did a thorough inspection and let us know the chimney was in great condition and didn’t need cleaning.
