Jose and team were fantastic to work with and did a great job re-stuccoing my chimney. They were prompt, friendly, and reasonable with price. They were also incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, making everything easy. I would love to work with them again.
Jose and his crew perform stellar work at a fair price. I bumped into him just by good luck and told him what I was attempting to do. When I realized how much work would be involved in refacing my fireplace with real stone veneer, Jose came to our home right away, estimated the job and got started within a day! The team that did the work showed great craftsmanship and worked assiduously morning to evening for two days to get it done right. This was no easy task with me hanging around being very particular, but they handled it gracefully. I would heartily recommend Jose and his firm for any work related to chimneys, fireplace, stucco, etc. It's rare to find a contractor who is this reasonable, reliable and performs such fine work!
We had a new chimney liner, and a wood burning stove insert replaced. Jose and team did a great job. We are very happy with the results and work that was done. Fair price.
these guys were amazing. I called them at 11 for service same day and they accommodated. I was cancelled by another company for a third time and wanted my fireplace cleaned for company that weekend. They assessed the problem and made recommendations for needed repairs. In the mean time they got me up and running with extremely courteous service. They used tarps everywhere they walked and even fixed my damper as part of the service- Well beyond expected. Their price was very fair and highly recommend!
After waiting over a month for an appointment, New Chimney Sweet Stucco & Stone never showed up nor did I receive a call that they couldn't make it. Then when they finally called back (after I asked for a call back), I would have to wait another month without even an apology for missing the appointment.. I don't have a problem when people miss an appointment, but please call me and let me know, or at a minimum apologize that you missed it. Instead they said they tried numerous times to call, left voice messages and rang our door bell. I sat at the kitchen table that overlooks the front door doing work, and no one ever showed up, nor did my wife and I receive any phone calls recorded. In today's day of doorbell cameras and caller ID, you can't get away with stories like this. Just say you missed it and apologize and move on.
