After the last few storms we had some water trickling down the chimney...called New buck, they took a look and let me know everything was fine, confirmed I didn't need a sweeping and didn't charge me anything. Rare to find this kind of honesty these days! Would be glad to call these guys in the future when I have a real issue.

Professional and punctual. Very friendly people and great attitudes to boot. We needed our fireplace inspected, cleaned and a ceramic plate replaced due to damage. Was offered a cheaper solution to just repair for a few years of use before having to pay to replace the plate, but I had already budgeted it; however it was very nice of him to offer the cheaper side of things with the state of the economy. I wish I would have had him send me the pictures but trust it looks fantastic.
