  I called and had window exterior cleaning and gutter cleaning. I was not happy with the service. The men showed up 843am left 903 am I knew job was not done properly. I called and explained the issue they sent over two men Omar and Nesle. Omar went up and checked gutters and did a wonderful job. They were understanding, explained what they were doing and you can see the job was done Properly. So it was unfortunate that the previous workers did not do the right thing. The company stood by its policy and followed thru approximately, and Omar is who I will ask for at my next cleaning. Maria P.

  Not really happy with the first service. This is two days after service. I mean…I guess there’s no clog currently but there soon will be. I have a lot of trees but I expected better.

  We were long term customers of Westchester Gutters which was acquired by Ned Steven’s Gutters (now Ned’s Homes). Our experience with Ned’s was not good. We had three scheduled appointments, and our gutters have yet to be cleaned. The inconvenience was aggravated by the need to turn on the hose lines, drain the lines after the failed appointments and repeat the same each time. The first time they showed up and left a note that they had “service issues” asking us to phone their office. We phoned their office and were told that all issues were resolved and our appointment was rescheduled. They failed to show up as scheduled for the second appointment yesterday. When I phoned, they apologized and promised to come the next day. The crew arrived this morning and said they didn’t have the right ladders to do the job. Ned’s called back later today and said the job was too difficult (“safety issues”). We’ve lived in our house for 32 years and haven’t had problems with any of our gutter cleaners until now. Ned’s seems disorganized and perhaps takes on more jobs than it can handle. I’m not surprised by the numerous negative reviews on line.

  Well, I gave Ned Stevens a bad review because they indicated we needed our underground drains cleaned after we had our gutters cleaned. The quote was very high and confusing because they quoted on more drains than we actually had. They called because of the review and indicated they would come and look at the job again on July 3rd. I removed the review but, when they didn't show or call on the 3rd I called. The service said they had no record of the appointment but we needed drains installed! They said the Manager we had spoken to was in a meeting and would call us back in an hour. I told them not to bother and to cancel our automatic cleanings. I was then asked to hold and the call eventually disconnected. The Manager never called, nor did anyone else. We are done with them. I will recheck to make sure our automatic cleanings have been cancelled.

  I was very impressed with the quality of work and communication from this company. I first got a gutters cleaning and thought they did an excellent job. I liked the flexibility of not having to be home for the cleaning, I liked even more getting home an not finding any surprises; they cleaned up really well after completing the service. They also recommended some much needed section replacement and performed them with great attention to details. I’d recommend them and use them in the future. Prices match the quality of service.
