Horrible experience!! Darrell Pipes forgot to hook the hose to his vacuum and therefore SOOT was sprayed all over my living room. I was not home my husband was. He witnessed the incident and was calling for him to stop. This incident happened October 30th and he still charged us. I had to request a refund. I am still extremely upset and an experienced person should never let this happen. I am still cleaning SOOT from both rooms and when I returned home SOOT WAS EVERYWHERE. Books, TV, coffee tables, couches, kitchen table, counter tops , and I cleaned for hours . My area rug damaged. His excuse was to use the refund to pay for cleaning. He refused to do a walk through after Servpro was called to assess the situation Thanks Cindy Henson-Sykes.
Did a great job. He took care to be neat during the chimney cleaning process and left no trace when he was done. Felt like I got an honest opinion on the inspection. Very personable. Definitely would recommend.

We have received outstanding service from NEA Chimney Services. The cleaning and Level 2 inspection revealed serious flue deterioration from 38 years of use. Fiber optic camera (Level 2) photography images was shared with us detailing the damage to the flue after having a serious flue fire (November 2024) from years of creosote build-up. Multiple options of repair and remedy were discussed with details on methods and materials to be used, along with pricing. We chose a complete reline of the flue and scheduled a few months ahead to ensure more moderate ambient temperatures for the material to cure (scheduled in May of 2025 — my choice). The repair was completed in one day. NEA followed up with another inspection later to ensure the completeness of the repair and proper curing. Today we used them for another property and again found serious issues. We have found NEA to be professional, skilled, and great communicators. Very good folks with which to conduct business and stands behind their work. My highest recommendation!
They provide fast, friendly service. The tech even showed us a few things we didn’t know about the insert in our fireplace. We will definitely be setting up yearly service with them. Very pleased.
