Music Street Chimney has been great for us. They cleaned out our chimney in a timely and professional manner. Jim is very communicative and helped me understand how the chimney works. I haven't found any other chimney servicing company that is as good as Music street chimney.

Really terrible experience here. Previous homeowner recommended this company as one that serviced the chimney prior to our purchase (4 yrs ago). Called with a leak discovered coming into the living space on the other side of the chimney. Waited 5 weeks for service date, and once on site they propped a ladder against chimney and said maybe our extra, unused flue was the problem. Blocked it off with flashing and construction glue in about 5 minutes, then cleaned the chimney from inside and was gone. 1 week later I notice flue cap laying on the roof & call. Waited weeks, find no improvement with the water leak, no help with the flue cap, so I call another company. The other company comes out and actually goes onto the roof to inspect the chimney, finding a broken masonry crown to be the source of the leak. I specifically asked Music Street about the condition of the crown while there, and was told it was fine. Now months later we have added damage and must have masonry repair in Ohio winter. Never again will we call them, a truly awful experience.
The guy came out to look at replacement of an old damper, said I needed a chimney top damper, promised he would order one and come back to install. I called several times, he said he would be out in few weeks, but he never showed back up. Charged me $50 for the first visit, but all he did was take out the old damper which took 5 minutes, I could have done that myself.
