The technician was the absolute best in servicing my gas logs. He explained every detail of the diagnostics and answered all my questions. My husband had recently passed and he was so compassionate and offered his condolences for my loss. He let me video what to do if the pilot light went out explaining in detail how to do it. He was thorough and demonstrated expertise but most of all you could tell he was passionate about his job! He left the area cleaner than he found it! I highly recommend Mr Smokestack Chimney Service and they will be doing my maintenance every year! I will definitely ask for the same technician to do my service. He was awesome!
This company did a great job of removing an eyesore of an old fireplace. They made certain that the new fireplace was done properly resolving problems and being certain that safety is a priority - it is beautiful and the people doing the work were efficient and a pleasure to work with. I am grateful for a job well done.
We needed our chimney inspected and cleaned. The technicians were exceptional. Donny and Trevor kept our home super clean. They did a thorough inspection, going in our attic and getting on the roof. The were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain their procedure. We got our report very quickly. Super impressed with the follow up from the office too. Kevin was very thoughtful and through with our fireplace cleaning. He found some issue's and addressed those along with taking pictures so that we could see any problems as well. I appreciate Mr. Smokestack because they keep our home safe by doing these checks each winter season. I am very impressed with the professionalism and care that CJ, Rodrigo, Andrew, and Franco were with my fireplace revamp. CJ gave me all the of options and the ability to make my own schedule with the removal of the woodstove on one day and the install of the electric fireplace over a week later. Rodrigo and Andrew were beasts on the removal of the woodstove insert and cleanup. I was able to do the painting and get ready for Franco and Andrew to do the install. I love the new look of my living room!
