Logan was very meticulous with his inspection and cleaning of our fireplace. I would highly recommend Mr Smokestack for your fireplace needs. Highly recommend Mr Smokestack! Logan inspected, repaired, and cleaned our gas fireplace just in time for Christmas. He also cleaned out our dryer vent. Unfortunately, in the process of cleaning the dryer vent, the exterior vent snapped. Mr Smokestack called me the next day to schedule a repair specialist. Donnie came out today and repaired the exterior vent. He was very professional, meticulous, and fun to converse with, which I appreciated. First time I've ever used Mr Smokestack and it was an excellent experience. Super nice people on the phone and service techs who come out as scheduled. Franco and Dani, the techs who recently sealed both my fireplaces and fixed structural damage, were friendly and professional. They left the place spotless and looking great. Will be using them from now on.
Mr Smokestack Chimney Service came on Thursday to clean and repair my gas logs and fireplace. Tyler was great because he cleaned and repaired what needed to be done after 18 years of use. Tyler also explained what he was doing and explained how I needed to maintain my logs. I was very pleased with this company and their employees.
Donnie and Trevor did exterior repairs on our chimney. They kept us well informed on when they would arrive, answered all our questions, and were extremely courteous throughout. We still have interior repairs pending and would be glad to see these guys again.
