Mr Pro Services was amazing. They responded to my inquiry immediately. The technician who came out (from a sister company) was professional. I explained the problem with my chimney and I was given a thorough explanation of my options. Shay did exactly what he explained he would do and completed the work in the time frame he gave me. Aira from Mr Pro was very helpful. She followed up with me to make sure the technician arrived, that he did the work to my satisfaction, and that payment was collected. It was so refreshing to work with people who actually answered calls, came on time, and did the work in the time they said. Wonderful experience!

During the estimate conversation I specifically asked about repairing the top layer of bricks since I did not see that mentioned in the estimate. I was assured that that patching would be done though he did not write it in the estimate and that "It will look amazing" when he is done. The two end photos are their "after" photos attached to the invoice. The middle one was taken by us the next morning. The company does not feel they should repair those bricks since it was not in the invoice. The photos speak for themselves.
