Pete and Lucas are simply AMAZING! They were attentive to the details when servicing my gas fireplace and shared steps to clean and service my unit. My remote wasn’t working and they fixed even the smallest things to ensure it was working properly before leaving. AND they work fast! They wore boot covers to protect my floors which matters trust me! I truly appreciate these two gentlemen! If you need your fireplace serviced CALL MOTOWN FIRE!!! Trust me you absolutely will not be disappointed!
Motown Fire did a gas conversion and installed new custom glass doors for us in December, 2025. Lucas and Dustin did the installation. We're very happy with the finished project. Steve, in the showroom, was very helpful with the selection process. Derek, the owner, came out for the measure. Photos are before and after.
After ten years of not using our gas fireplaces because of how loud they were, Motown Fire came by and serviced both, explained why they sounded "loud" and taught us how to make sure they continue to function the way we want. Later, when one fireplace was having a problem, Motown Fire promptly returned, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the necessary part. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and they love my dog. If you have a fireplace, call 'em up and count on them for excellent service.
Great, great service on an older Heat-N-Glo radiant heat unit. Tech was informative and forthcoming about the condition of the unit (no replacement necessary at this time!). Thoroughly cleaned the unit, applied new embers, adjusted the logs to their manufacturer suggested configuration and repaired a small leak on the pilot tubing. HIGHLY recommend Motown Fire LLC. I did have to pay extra for the service call out of their normal mileage range but it was well worth it!
My fireplace hasn’t worked for 3 years . After looking at new ones in their store, Derek came out to assess if I should buy a new one. He found a few dead parts and replaced them. And wow, my fireplace works!!Thanks for your kindness and honesty. Highly recommend
