Scheduling my appointment was really easy and fast. Roger handled everything with kindness and was always helpful. Camden, who performed the service, was fantastic from start to finish. From the moment Camden arrived, he explained the whole chimney cleaning process and what would happen during the visit. He kept me updated as he worked and made sure to answer all my questions. During the inspection, Camden pointed out the spots in the fireplace and chimney that needed attention and explained everything clearly. After the job was done, he went over all the details and costs, which were very fair. It was obvious that the team is well-trained and cares about providing great service.
