Maybe not the cheapest you’ll find, but I believe you get what you pay for. We hired Mid-Valley to do a chimney repair and I know we made the right choice going with them. These folks are actual craftsman and you can tell that they take pride in their work. Not only does the work look top notch but we appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism with everyone we interacted with. Also, not very common these days, these folks have great communication skills and keep you well informed throughout the process. Highly recommend!
Huge shout out to Mid-Valley Chimney! Vic took excellent care of us through the entire process. Matt and Bill were first out to remove our old worn out prefab fireplace in the rain. Not a complaint was heard and they did awesome with an extremely dirty job. House was cleaner than when they got there. After we installed the brick hearth, Alex & Eric were out next to install our new Jotul wood stove and new chimney. They got to the house around 9:30 AM and didn’t leave until 9:30 PM. They worked their butts off and had a 2 hour drive back to the office. Everything worked perfectly, can’t wait for winter. I cannot say enough about how good this crew is! If you want it done right, these are your guys. Thanks to all!!!!!
Mid-valley chimney did an excellent job with my fireplace install. They were very honest, helpful and easy to work with. I did not feel like they were pushy at all when I was getting multiple quotes from different vendors. They kept in contact and ultimately helped me select the best fireplace for my house when I was debating two different brands. Very happy with my new gas fireplace. Would definitely use them again.
Mid-Valley rebuilt my chimneys 4 years ago. Made 2 fireplaces operational-one converted to gas/other gas checked and repaired. Colton arrives annually to make sure both are safe and “tuned up”. From start to finish, the crew was professional and considerate. Aware of our wants and needs, super clean and caring of the small space they had to work in considering the massive size of our chimney. Matt, Seth and all the crew were great and the finished chimney is quite impressive!
