Very professional and prompt from quote to finish. Clever use of a drone provided good views of all sides of the chimney. Matt did a wonderful job of tearing out damaged bricks, replacing the top section of the flue, and cleaning and sealing the entire chimney.
Excellent customer service! Had a gas fireplace that hadn’t been used in a long time checked. Colton explained everything he was doing and walked me through the entire appointment. He also made sure I knew how everything functioned before leaving (since I knew nothing about gas fireplaces). He didn’t rush and didn’t rush me. I appreciate this a lot. Keep up the good work!
This is the fourth time I have used Mid-Valley. Two cleanings and inspections, one fireplace insert (wood burning) and one much needed chimney repair sent me their way. I always get fast service, knowledgeable hard working professional technicians, and a spotless work site (inside and out) when they are finished. I am informed throughout the process and notified immediately of any problems or issues that might arise. I couldn't ask for a better experience when dealing with firplaces and all there components. We replaced our wood burning fireplace with gas logs. The team did a great job. We had a small hiccup with the gas line but Eli came out and made sure the job was done right. And they got it installed before Christmas which was awesome.
Just had my chimney heat shielded and I cannot recommend Mid-Valley enough! Doug and Dom were awesome! They were super professional, on time and worked in the midst of rainy weather to get the job done. They took their time and really did an amazing job. They explained each step to me and always gave me time to ask them any questions that I may have about the work they had to do. They even stayed later to ensure they completed the job in one trip.
