Would definitely recommend Miami Fireplace and Stoves, LLC. Tyler and Eric came out to clean my dryer and vents and did an excellent job. They worked with my schedule and showed up on time. They were both very polite. They were very thorough and made sure everything was done correctly and cleaned up afterwards. I plan on using their services when I need my HVAC and vents cleaned.
The technician was on time, knowledgeable and followed up same day to get our fireplace running. He also shared helpful information about second fireplace and provided alternative solutions to get it working. We will continue to use their service!

Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable. Although it wasn’t what we wanted to hear, I am grateful that he was able to show us that what we have is not safe. We look forward to receiving an estimate for a gas insert. Hope to work with you in the future.
Contacted them to look at a leak I was having from either the chimney cap or from the transition from chimney to roof. They said they had to do a chimney inspection (which was $200). Two inspectors came out (nice guys, but had minimal experience) checked the chimney, got up on the roof and took pictures in the attic to verify there was evidence of water leakage….again, not knowing if it was the chimney cap or a flashing issue around the chimney. Neither of the inspectors could give me the recommended course of action going forward. I told them to give me a quote on replacing the chimney cap (as it was obvious from the pictures taken this could be the potential issue). I paid my $200 for 30 minutes of “an inspection” and they left….a week later I get a quote from them stating it would be $10,000.00 for a new chimney cap…no detailed explanation as to what they were going to do or what type of cap they were going to install, etc. I called the next day and talked to a receptionist that said the person who did the quote was not available and would call be back…never received a call back.
