I already knew about it, but he offered to seal it for $40, which was much less than I expected. He explained it’s probably a temporary fix, but since I don’t use my fireplace much, it should hold up for years. I appreciated that he was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything extra that I could handle myself. He left everything clean and organized. The fireplace works much better now, and the whole experience was easy and stress-free.
