  Great service! Our chimney chap blew off during a wind storm. We didn’t realize it until we had rain pouring in our chimney. Masters came out the next day after calling for an appointment and they had a new better chimney cap installed by Friday end of the week. They manufacture their own caps locally and are very quick to complete repairs. Highly recommend. The first quote we got would take 3 weeks for the repair. Thanks for the quick friendly service from the office staff, salesman, and installers. We really appreciate your service!

  I have been using them since Dec. 2016. The people that came out recently were great. Very friendly and answered most of my questions. In 2016, they replaced my brick chimney with Hardboard and replaced my chimney cap as well as put a hood. It has a lifetime warranty but I was told recently when they came out it wasn’t covered under the warranty so I had to pay $800 to replace the chimney cap. First guy said looked like animals got in it which is hard to believe cause no signs of animals. Second guy that came out and actually did the repair said instead of screws to keep it from coming loose he used bolts so who knows. All I know is I had to pay additional $800. Lastly, Angela who stated she was a sales assistant answered the phone after the guy came out to look and quote and was not friendly at all which is fine not everyone can be happy. She told me there was no Fridays available at all in any month. I made appt but then thought about it and called back and asked her name and asked again are you sure, do you not make appts on Fridays or what’s the issue. All of a sudden the following Friday was available. I have mixed feelings about this place but still gave them a 4 but not for the warranty not sure if I would use again. I have the feeling though I paid $3,000 for the original work with a lifetime warranty, nothing will be covered under the lifetime warranty. Also, never received any of the pictures that were taken and was told I would receive them in a couple of days. I didn’t ask for pics to be taken, they did that and offered to show them which was great except I NEVER received them.

  Hired Master Services for an inspection and sweep. Corey did a great job with the inspection. He found a crack in the back wall. Ryan (and coworker, sorry i didn't get his name) changed out the back and did a sweep. Everyone was prompt, courteous and everything was spotless when they left. This is the second time we've used Master Services. We will be calling them again. Thank you to all.

  Master Chimney did great work on our fire box and chimney! They were very communicative and explained their processes in depth. They listened to our concerns and didn’t try to sell anything we didn’t need. We would definitely recommend them in the future!
