Later, Todd and the rest of the crew arrived to handle the repairs. They showed up right on time and did a fantastic job cleaning and fixing everything. Everyone involved made sure things went smoothly and kept us updated the whole time, from the first call all the way through the installation. I had a chimney cleaning and inspection done. bryan and his coworker were friendly, very professional, and arrived right when they said they would. after the service, I noticed the chimney cap was a little off center when I was preparing to place the chimney crown. I called, and the owner stopped by to check it out, arranging for bryan to come back and fix it the next day. i really appreciate how quickly they responded and their professional attitude. the office staff are also helpful and courteous. overall, great experience!
