Are you wondering if this company could really be a five star company? Well, the answer is yes, yes they are. Their professionalism, kindness and knowledge are all far above average. They were even sweet to my bossy dog. Our chimney problem prevented us from getting a nonworking furnace replaced and the company prioritized our service need even though we were a new customer. Needless to say, our household will be a loyal customer for routine maintenance going forward.

Extremely professional, personable, and thorough. Abosolutely knows his business, and did a wonderful job at our home. Had special shoes for the roof, took shoes off in the house, put a nice canvas covering on the floor while working. Uses state of the art cameras to look at the flue top to bottom, and has a powered brush to thoroughly clean the flue from top to bottom. Even checks the roof to make sure there are no hidden issues. Vacuumed and cleaned the inside of the fireplace when done. I definitely recommend Mama Bear Chimney to take care of your chimney.
Was able to see us same day, during a power outage, honest about what was needed and what wasn't, spent time teaching us how to use our new wood stove! Friendly and kind, and a bargain to boot! What a great experience Mama Bear made this for us!
