I recently moved to a new house that had 2 gas fireplaces that had never been used since construction. The previous owners did not know how to work them. I called and left a message about having a serivce call. My call was returned quickly and the person decided they would help me right away. He walked me through where to look to find the model number. He knew the whole layout and walked me through all the steps to take. Within 10 minutes i had it running. He was very knowledgeable and patient. They have a loyal customer in me and I will be going to them for my replacement parts.
