I’ve been using Luna for 17 years they put in a beautiful inser that I receive compliments all the time from friends to visitors. The nice thing about this insert it’s energy efficient but the big advantage from a fireplace is that you can have a fire that is safely contained a leave it. If warms my complete downstairs of a 3500 sq ft home. Then it a small business, I for one support small businesses!!! The owner himself rolls up his sleeves and get dirty that to me is very impressive not many do. The office manager Marsali is fantastic to work with, she will go to no lengths to make the customer experience a very good one. Finally, the technicians are awesome, they know their stuff when it comes to complete care and repair of your fireplace from literally from the bottom to the top of your chimney. I highly recommend them to everyone!!! Great job Luna
I can’t recommend Ed, John, and Marsali at Luna Chimneys enough. I’ve never written a Google review before but their professionalism, attention to detail, and depth of knowledge is so impressive, and it is clear that their goal is to always *do the right thing* for the safety of their clients. I use them personally and also recommend them to family, friends, and clients because folks underestimate the potential hazards in chimneys, especially when buying houses. Ed and his team are careful, deliberate, document everything, and explain everything clearly, whether it is just a cleaning, a Level 2 inspection, or a liner replacement for a complete disaster (like what my house needed). I can’t recommend them enough.

We have been using Luma for several years now for our annual service and cleaning needs. A couple of years ago the replaced the lining with a custom mason liner. Perfectly designed and installed. I would never seek another company.
We purchased a Ventis HE 325 from Luna Chimney Sweeps and Hearth. The installers were excellent and we have been enjoying our fireplace. Code requires 80 clearance from bottom of fireplace up and 8 inches on either side. So we have a free floating steel Pearl mantel (Home Depot) and I did the marble stone (Lowes) surround and the hearth was from Agens Stone in Columbia. We are delighted with the outcome and how the stove performs. Thank you, Luna!
