Each time, the technicians—like Carson and Francis—have been friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to.   i recently had a gas insert fireplace installed and wanted to share how satisfied i am with the chimney sweep service. from the start, francis and his team really cared about making sure i found the right fireplace for my needs. ricky, the design specialist, was very helpful and explained all my options clearly, guiding me to the perfect unit. when it came time for installation, mike and francis were polite and professional, making sure the job was done right and my home was kept clean. they took time to walk me through how to safely use and care for my new gas insert, which made me feel comfortable and confident. i highly recommend this chimney sweep company to anyone thinking about upgrading their fireplace. five stars for a job well done!

  I had an excellent experience with Luis & Sons Chimney Sweep. Working with Carson and the crew made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole chimney cleaning and inspection process. Carson was friendly and always quick to answer any questions I had, explaining everything clearly about the work they did. He went the extra mile to make sure my family and I were completely satisfied. I would definitely use their chimney sweep services again. Recently, after they installed a new wood stove and replaced the chimney, there was a rainstorm in San Anselmo and we noticed a small leak above the fireplace. I let Carson know, and he came by that same afternoon to fix it right away. I really appreciated his fast response and commitment to making things right. The service was fantastic!

  The team from Luis & Sons Chimney Sweep did a fantastic job cleaning my chimney, putting in a wood stove liner, and adding a new crown. we bought our house in San Anselmo and found out that the woodstove had been installed without a proper liner, which made things trickier. but Ricky and the crew worked really hard and got everything sorted out. i haven’t used the woodstove yet since the new crown needs a couple days to set, but i’m sure it’ll work perfectly. management was really friendly and gave us a fair price from the start, sticking to their quote even when the job turned out to be tougher than expected. thanks for all the effort—i’ll definitely call again next time i need a chimney sweep!

  i called them after my brother recommended their chimney sweep service. their whole crew was excellent. francis came by first to do a chimney inspection and pointed out some repairs that needed to be done before we could safely use the fireplace. he also showed me a few other things that should be fixed soon. everyone was really friendly. carson and kaleb did a great job with the chimney repair and installation. overall, very happy with their work.
