Super friendly and efficient. Making an appointment was easy. Correspondence and reminders were helpful. Lainey - the technician was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. She reviewed any potential risks and suggested remedies. She kept the area clean and was respectful of my home. I will definitely be using Louisiana Fireplace for my maintenance and future fireplace needs. A+ experience from my first call all the way through the end of service.
After my brother had a chimney fire just before Christmas which destroyed his home of over 30 years - I felt compelled to get our chimneys and dryer vents inspected and cleaned (we’ve lived here for four years). I am so glad I did because both fireplaces have some problems and one of the pipes in the attic had come apart which would have started a fire. Needless to say, we cannot use that fireplace! The other one is useable but needs a little work. Thank goodness I made the appointment with Louisiana Fireplace. He took photos and explained the problems. Don’t let your home burn like my brother’s did!
We recently had Louisiana Fireplace remodel one of our fireplaces and we were very pleased with their work. We chose a direct-vent style with a remote control. We are thrilled with the result! Also, the installers reworked the cabinets and shelves where we keep our TV and surround-sound equipment. The results were fabulous! And the installers were really nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend Louisiana Fireplace for all your fireplace needs.
Louisiana Fireplace installed my Aspen C3 this past fall... they did a great job.. very professional and friendly.. I have finally mastered the Top-Down method of starting a fire and we are keeping warm at my house. I highly recommend Louisiana Fireplace 😊
Lanie did a great job cleaning our chimney, she was very knowledgeable and glad to share insight for folks who were new to having a fireplace. She gave great recommendations on future plans we were curious about. Will be using again in the future.
