I had such a great experience with the team at Lou Curley! I was completely lost on what I would need to make our chimney/fireplace workable. They did a great job educating me on what I need, they even offered a less expensive service because I didn’t actually need the full cleaning I initially booked. They also closed the ash box in the fireplace which was not even something I had planned and they were able to do it easily the same day! The guys were super friendly and really understanding that I had a bunch of contractors all in the house. They were extremely patient, friendly, and helpful. I’ll definitely be using them for all cleanings and fireplace needs moving forward!
Excellent experience today with Curley’s. The guys who examined our Chimney showed up right on time, we’re very polite, did a very thorough job, and made some recommendations without pushing us to invest in improvements that were not essential while pointing out in detail why they could be considered. Fast and honest service. Would not hesitate to recommend them for flu and chimney work. Gave me all the options and no pressure to decide on what fits best for our family The technicians showed up on time and and did a thorough job.
