Chris and Nick were our technicians, and they were fantastic throughout the process. During the initial visit, Chris came to clean and inspect the chimney. He quickly identified that it needed more than just a cleaning. He walked us through the issues and explained his plan for repair clearly. For the follow up appointment, Chris returned with a fellow technician, Nick, to remove the interior terracotta tiling and install a liner. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right gave me confidence. Now, my chimney is properly lined, and I’m excited to use it safely. Moving forward, I’ll continue working with Chris for maintenance and future needs - knowing it’s his work and that he holds it to high standards. Really great experience from the office ( Amanda and Tina) to the technicians Andrew and Nick. Andrew cut and treated our panel replacements like they were his own while Nick defied danger on top of our wet roof and replaced our chase cover. The cost was reasonable and the experience was perfect. Even laid out tarps to keep the inside of the house clean. Learned so much about our fireplace and it's components. No need to look anywhere else if you want honest and knowledgeable people to keep you safe.

Always great to have these guys help out. The office has great follow up and the technicians are phenominal. Terrance and Christane did my recent cleaning and were awesome. Andrew/Nick installed a new liner for me back in November and were also very easy to work with.
