  My wife and I recently used Legendary Chimney Solutions for a full replacement of our fireplace and flue. Our chimney crown had rusted through allowing water into the flue, which ended up creating a hole in the flue as well. Unfortunately for us that meant the whole unit needed replaced. Everyone we worked with was polite and helpful. The company owner, Joe Shear was reachable by call or text. If he couldn’t take my call at the moment, he would always get back to me soon. Brenda in the office was awesome and explained the financing process to me. They offer six month, zero percent financing which was very helpful since our project was a pretty major one. Finally, the guys who did the work, Maverick and Dave, did a fantastic job. They minimized the removal of our brick hearth as much as possible(the fireplace had to come out the front since our home is constructed of concrete block). They also hung plastic sheets to make sure dust didn’t get all over the house. Can’t speak highly enough of the company. We will be using them for any future repairs and chimney sweeping.

  Me and my husband recently moved to there’s and wanted the fireplace and chimney inspected thoroughly! Maverick and Caden came out on time and got right to work! They were so knowledgeable and spoke to us regarding the issues without a sales pitch. This company is honest and highly ethical, both of which we respected. We look forward to working with them.   We had a fireplace from 1941 that had a leak where smoke would come out in my daughter's upstairs bedroom. After a year of quotes over $30K and most people not even wanting to touch the job, I found Joe. He and his team were awesome and we have a working fireplace again for a fraction of the cost. I should also add that I incorrectly blamed them for a water leak, as it started very soon after the work had been done and I had a leak detection company/plumber and roofer tell me it had to be from the chimney. Joe and his guys came out a couple of times to try and find something. Despite them not finding anything, they resealed around the Chimney on my very steep 2 story roof. After another couple of months they came back to cover the chimney with a tarp to rule it out completely. It did. I then called another leak specialist and within 5 min they found a pinhole leak from a pipe in the walls. Joe was understanding and kind the whole time and gave grace when I humbly apologized for wrongly blaming him. I highly recommend Joe and Legendary Chimney. Great guy and great company.

  We hired Legendary to clean out two fireplaces and place two chimney's caps last October. The stainless steel caps are great and look good, but my main concern and irritation is that they did not inform us of the rotten and compromised wood on the east chimney, which resulted in that cap being ripped out of the wood during Milton. The second cap stayed put, still looks good and is secure. I do understand this company is not a contract company, but we would not have had the cap placed before repairing the wood if we were informed initially like we should have been. The solution I was offered was to find a contractor to do the repairs separately.

  We had Joshua and Austiin come and repair the exterior of our chimney has been leaking for repairs and others were unable to repair we always had a leak again. These guys are pros not a leak anymore was a good investment finally
