  I had a really great experience with Las Vegas Air Duct LLC. The tech who came out was super professional and friendly. What really stood out to me was his honesty — he accidentally broke a small part while working (I didn’t even notice), but he came straight to me, explained what happened, and offered a big discount to make it right. That kind of integrity is rare these days! The job itself was done quickly and thoroughly, and everything feels so much cleaner now. I truly appreciate their honesty and great service.   I was really impressed with this company…Very polite administrative assistant, reminders about my service appointment. On-time arrival, professional & efficient technician. Shay was very friendly and thorough. He explained everything, and cleaned up after himself. It’s like he was never here, except my house smells way better and there’s not as much dust everywhere😀😀😀

  We've used this company three times. However, the third experience felt like a scam. Nathan was extremely pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer when trying to upsell additional attic insulation — we eventually gave in. While the work was completed and some discounts were offered, the aggressive sales tactics were a major turn-off. Additionally, their pricing has skyrocketed — nearly triple what we paid previously — despite them having done a similar cleaning job just in March 2025. It didn’t feel like much more was done this time to justify the cost. Because of this experience, I won’t be using their services again.

  Technicians efficiently cleaned the air ducts and dryer vent in our house that has excessive dirt buildup over many years. Both guys were friendly and gave recommendations on intake filters and future maintenance.
