I hired LaPlataChimney and Fireplace, Jay Bakelaar, to remove my existing older wood stove and chimney, then to install a new KUMA wood stove and chimney in a different location of our living room. From initial site visit to proposal (bid), to contract, and throughout the project Jay was a professional. His communication was great, he kept a clean job site, and worked hard. His attention to detail was exemplary and I really appreciate his suggestion to add the combustion air kit.
