Adam worked for the local Ace hardware for several years and then branched off onto his own. He is very professional and knowledgeable and priced below his competitors. We have a very high roof, and an unusual pitch to the roof & so in the 18 years we've been using this wood stove, most chimney sweep guys refuse to go on my roof and inspect the chimney. But I didn't even have to ask, Adam was already planning to check everything out thoroughly when he got here So thankful to have him in Payson: )
Adam showed up on time, was thorough, professional and hard working to completely clean and service our pellet stove. He covered the carpet while he worked and cleaned up after he was finished. Next year I will call him during the slow season to help spread out his work load. I highly recommend A & J Chimney Service.
Poor communication. Had to call him day of appointment to confirm he would be out. He did not show by end of appointed time frame, nor did he call to let us know when he would arrive. Lost a whole day waiting and would not recommend.
I have never seen a fireplace so clean in my entire life! And that one guy thinks Adam he's he's just so cute they're so happy and good people I'd have them come out anytime I mean they were out there maybe 15-20 minutes and everything was done I had to plug my fireplace back in and it was just as good as it wasn't the first place no more flames he was great
Would highly recommend A&J Chimney Service! We had them service our pellet stove. They were very thorough, professional, and pleasant. They also helped alleviate a rattle our pellet stove was making. We were very happy with their service and their expertise knowledge!
