We bought a new house and during the rain a black cloud came out of our fireplace. It obvisouly had never been cleaned. I called Johnson and they were nearly a week out. I booked the time and stayed home from work from 9:30 until 12:30. By 11 I hadn't heard from them and called and she said she would reach out to the tech to get an update. At 12:40 I called again and she said yeah we haven't heard back so we need to cancel this appointment. I'm so mad. They offered nothing to make up for my lost time. We are in the middle of a big move and I could have been at work or at the other house packing boxes instead of waiting around for a no-show. I have VA's that work in my business and they were amazing. This girl needs customer service training.
Don't waste your time. I had an appointment window of 10AM-12PM. No one showed or contacted me. I called them. Lady put me on hold and then said they couldn't reach the technician and would call me back. Two hours later still nothing. I called again. After a long silence, call was disconnected. When I called back, no answer! If this is a reflection of how they do business, I have no interest!

They have good work. But i am not too sure about the owner. Seems very disconnected and un informed. Without direction.
