After waiting an hour with no follow-up, I tried calling again but couldn’t get through. It took three attempts before someone finally answered, but as soon as I mentioned my address, they hung up. I’ve continued trying to reach them, but I’m still waiting to speak with someone. This experience has been extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on their customer service.
