I called this chimney sweep when smoke was backing up and they showed up fast, explained stuff in a simple way, and cleaned it all out bcz it was kinda messy. Everything went smooth and now the fireplace works GREAT again, no more smell or stress. SUPER service and cant complain at all.

Customer service said they had a promotion for $99 for an inspection and cleaning. When the guy showed up he only did an inspection and no cleaning like they had told me on the phone when I scheduled the appointment. The guy said because my chimney needed a deep cleaning he couldn’t do any cleaning because then I was going to think it was cleaned and use it. Why didn’t they tell me that when I called.?? They didn’t even ask me how long had it been since we last cleaned it. They should have told me when I scheduled that if my chimney needed a basic cleaning they will do the cleaning that day but if it needed a deep cleaning they won’t do anything. They still charge me for a service call?? The guy that came was nice and informative but customers was not.
our chimney cap replacement went GREAT cuz they made it simple and worked well and even saved me time by pointing out a soot patch that needed a chimney sweep which tied into a small chimney repair they finished before leaving.
Our wood stove started choking out mid-burn. They cleaned the full pipe and fixed a half-stuck damper. Heat flows GREAT again.
