my family wanted chimney crown repair and the techs handled it great and kept things SMOOTH even tho the weather was kinda off and they mentioned doing a chimney sweep soon since a minor chimney repair was linked to it.
we noticed smoke backing up and called them, they fixed it same day and explained everything clearly, GREAT JOB and VERY HAPPY now.

I understand that technical issues can arise, so I was willing to be patient. I called to check in and was told a technician would reach out within five minutes to arrange a visit for today. After waiting an hour with no follow-up, I tried calling again but couldn’t get through. It took three attempts before someone finally answered, but as soon as I mentioned my address, they hung up. I’ve continued trying to reach them, but I’m still waiting to speak with someone. This experience has been extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on their customer service.
