I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Joe Wells Chimney Sweep in Pikeville, KY. From start to finish, the service was extremely unprofessional. The technician, Joe himself showed up late, didn’t communicate properly, and was rude throughout the entire process. At one point, he even talked down to us, which was completely uncalled for. We hired him to clean and inspect our chimney, but the job was not completed in a timely manner. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
Guy does excellent work I had no idea how much water was coming in through the chimney. Was friendly and professional at all times.
Joe was able to restore two chimneys that I thought were going to have to be tore down. I am very happy with his services. I would recommend him to others.
Fantastic service and honesty. Easy to talk to and incredibly helpful and prompt. If you need anything chimney or fireplace related, this is your guy.
He had some phone issues which caused delays in communication but working on a potential project. Nice guy to work with so far.
